Horizon Health Services
Horizon Health Services is taking actions that protect our patient's physical health, but look to continue to be a resource and a pillar of support for mental health and substance use needs. There needs to be an alternative way for our community members to connect and receive the support they need. Horizon has a number of telehealth and telephonic tools to support our patients and family members who are in need of services and resources.

- Monday: 8:00 AM — 8:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM — 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM — 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM — 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM
